Meet the team

We are a lucky Team at Saddleworld Canberra; every day we get to come to work and indulge in our shared passion – horses!

We love researching new information and trialling new products, bringing you the best brands, and giving you the best advice, so you can get on with the thing you love best – RIDING!

And just like the industry itself, our staff’s equestrian interests and experience are diverse; covering dressage, jumping, eventing, natural horsemanship, endurance, showing, pleasure riding and everything in between.

From training and competing in Europe, to guiding horseback adventures in the Snowy Mountains, our collective equestrian knowledge spans over half a century, giving you the security to know you are in good hands.

We know you’ll love our store as much as we do, so until your next visit – Happy Riding

The Saddleworld Canberra Team.

"The main reason I am so passionate about saddlefitting is because I think it's so important to make both horse and rider comfortable so they can perform to their best.

I am also a riding instructor which gives you such a great understanding of how much correct saddle fit can benefit both horse and rider, and also how a poorly fitting saddle can cause so much damage. I have taught at a riding school for 6 years where I went through the EFA NCAS Level One General course and gained a great understanding of how horses and riders can work together. Saddlefit plays such a huge part of this!!!

I have also been riding for over 16 years and have had my own experience with both well fitting and poorly fitting saddles and am very keen to further my study. In May last year I completed the Saddleworld Saddlefitting course at Western Sydney Tafe and look forward to following in Paula's footsteps and travelling to the UK to complete the master saddle fitters exams!!!"

We can't wait to have 2 internationally qualified saddlefitters either!
